pMET3-GAL4-CYC1 terminator

Biobrick BBa_K3221203 is a device, consisting of pMET3(BBa_K3221201), GAL4(BBa_K3221208) and CYC1 terminator(BBa_K2110000). In our project, in order to provide a more controllable delay on the basis of GAL4 and pGAL1, we transferred this device into YM4271 yeast of which GAL4 was knocked out，so that the expression of whole system was regulated by methionine concentration.The higher the methionine concentration, the longer the delay time of the whole system.
